EnglishWelcome to the Protestant Church of Antalya website...
“Antalya” is a port city of one million people and a province of over 2 million people located on the south-west coast of Turkey on the beautiful shores of the Mediterranean Sea that boasts the fastest population growth in all of Turkey. Yet, there is only two established Turkish –speaking evangelical churches and under 200 known evangelical believers. Turkey, a predominately Muslim country, has a population of nearly 70 million people, but has only 3 to 5 thousand known Turkish evangelical Christians. It is in this environment that Pastor Kerem Koç started the Antalya Protestant Church in February of 2010 to be a light to the local community and a presence to the greater Antalya province. Would you like to join us in this important work? Goals The goals of the Antalya Protestant Church are to worship God, spiritually train His people, share the way of Salvation to those who do not believe, and to defend our faith according to the Bible. Authority Regarding faith and practices of the Antalya Protestant Church, it is a church that is guided by the truth and valuable teachings of the Bible. We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ is the head of the Church and that the work of the church must be guided by elders whom are selected and then appointed by the church according to the Bible. The elders of the Antalya Protestant Church at all times are under the authority of God’s Word the Bible. The Antalya Protestant Church looks to cooperate with other like-minded churches to spread the Gospel of Christ in Turkey. Also APC welcomes suggestions and help from other churches when needs arise. The APC is an independent church who is not under the authority or decisions of any other church, church association, representative board, or denominational association. The APC is governed by Turkish law and the Bible. |

What we Believe
The Apostles Creed
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, the Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord: Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into the place of the dead. The third day He arose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from where he shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy universal church; the union of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.
