• Session information managed by Supabase Auth, only for staff/volunteers with admin panel access — not relevant to regular visitors.

Your data is processed solely to respond to your inquiry, on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into an arrangement with you and/or our legitimate interest in responding to messages, without prejudice to your fundamental rights.

4. Cookies

No cookies are set for regular visitors. A session cookie is only created for authorized users logging into the admin panel. We may use cookieless, non-personalized analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand overall site traffic.

5. Retention & Transfers

Messages are kept for a reasonable period after your inquiry is resolved and are deleted periodically. Data may be processed by our infrastructure providers, Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting), on servers located outside Turkey, strictly to the extent needed to operate the site and under their contractual safeguards. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

By writing to antalyaprotestan@gmail.com, you may ask whether we process your data, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn who it is shared with, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion where legally permitted, and object to any outcome resulting solely from automated processing.
